LHJF21 switchgear partial discharge on-line monitoring system mainly uses ultra-high frequency and ultrasonic partial discharge sensors to detect partial discharge signals of electrical equipment during operation, so as to judge whether there is insulation hidden danger inside high voltage electrical equipment. When insulation defects occur inside high voltage electrical equipment, partial discharge signals will be generated. Through the detection and analysis of the PD signal, it can determine whether there is a hidden insulation hazard in the high-voltage electrical equipment, and prevent the further expansion of potential accidents.
One of the system components
On-line partial discharge monitoring of LHJF21-LB switchgear mainly consists of LHJF21-LB type of comprehensive detection device, LHJF21-UA type of partial discharge detection and monitoring device, and 2.4G wireless temperature measuring sensor (watchband type and power-taking type).
The main application in the switch cabinet:
The LHJF21-LB type of comprehensive detection device receives ultrasonic wave, ground wave and UHF signal of a single wireless PD detection device in the switch cabinet and temperature data of 6 2.4G wireless temperature measuring sensors through 485 lines, and transmits the data to the background system through 485 lines.

System Composition II
Switchgear partial discharge on-line monitoring and LHJF21-A device mainly consists of: wireless data receiver LHJF21-A type, wireless local discharge detection and monitoring device LHJF21-UA and LHJF21-TA, space UHF data receiver LHJF21-AD (optional), space UHF local discharge sensor LHJF21-U (optional).
Mainly used in power distribution room:
LHJF21-A wireless data receiver receives up to 50 local discharge monitoring devices (sensors) in the power distribution room wirelessly, and transmits the data to the background system through RS485 line. If the field transmission distance is close, the LHJF21-A receiver can be installed next to the background system. The space partial discharge monitoring device receives the high-voltage indoor UHF partial discharge signal through the space partial discharge UHF monitoring sensor, transmits it to the background system through Ethernet, and is installed on the wall.
