Overview
The cable head temperature monitoring device is a passive wireless temperature measuring device, which can be used for medium and low voltage power systems (6-35KV) and temperature measuring products with high temperature requirements. It is a modern high-tech product integrating on-line temperature measurement and data acquisition. The device can provide RS485 communication interface, support Modbus-RTU communication protocols, and cooperate with network terminal equipment to realize remote data upload. A variety of anti-interference measures are used in the design, which can operate stably in the power system.
The wireless temperature measuring device is mainly composed of a temperature sensor, a collector transceiver antenna and a temperature collector.
Substation Switch Cabinet Monitoring Scheme
Note: This scheme is applicable to 500kV, 220kV and 110kV substations. Appropriate sensors can be selected according to the type of switch cabinet. Wired or wireless transmission can be selected between the high-voltage room and the main control room. The switch cabinet door can be equipped with a display screen, which can be installed with holes or guide rails. Data transmission can be connected to 61850 protocol or Internet of Things.
Monitoring Scheme of Ring Network Cabinet
Note: This scheme is suitable for ring network cabinet, high voltage room and control room. It can be transmitted by wired or wireless mode. When the distance is relatively long, it can be converted through network equipment such as serial port server and transmitted by optical fiber. The switch cabinet door can be equipped with display screen, which can be installed with holes or guide rails. Data transmission can be connected to 61850 protocol or Internet of Things mode.
