Product Description
1. Product Introduction
Our company has independently researched and developed a new type of insulation material: LH1522 irradiated cross-linked silicone rubber self-melting tape, which is based on the demand of insulation materials under the all-weather conditions of high and low temperature, high pressure and strong ultraviolet radiation in the power industry and the demand of domestic aircraft manufacturing and maintenance industry. Through the comparative test analysis with Russia and 3M products and the national military backbone enterprise Shenyang Liming Aircraft Manufacturing Company installed bench test, its performance indicators have fully reached and partially exceeded the indicators of Russia and 3M products, filling the domestic gap. At present, this product is widely used in the aircraft manufacturing industry. In the power industry, it has been recognized as an innovative and technologically advanced new insulation material and has been recognized and gradually adopted by power departments at all levels. Up to now, there are successful applications in 380V, 10kV, 35kV, 110kV, 220kV voltage level equipment.
2. Performance characteristics
It is suitable for low voltage or high voltage (380V-330kV distribution network), indoor or outdoor, and whether the live bare conductor and its contact shape are regular, can be insulated and protected by winding.
High and low temperature resistance, able to work for a long time at -60~250 ℃;
2, resistant to ultraviolet rays, can work in the outdoor sun for a long time without aging and cracking;

The surface is not coated with any viscous glue (the stability of high temperature and ultraviolet light of any viscous glue is unstable, and the viscosity will be lost and fall off after running for about one year. It is through super vacuum adsorption physical properties and good self-melting property to ensure that the long-term operation will not loosen and fall off;
4, anaerobic, anaerobic, flame retardant (self-extinguishing) oxygen index> 29;
5, with super insulation, breakdown strength 30kV/mm, this product is 0.8mm thick, suitable for 380V ~ 10kV voltage level, and 1.5mm thick, suitable for 35kV ~ 330kV voltage level. The insulation effect of 20kV/min can be achieved only by overlapping two layers of 0.8mm thick specifications for protection of 10kV voltage level;
6, the operation is extremely simple, no heating, no tools;
7. It can be used repeatedly, as long as the surface is cleaned (the cleaning method is simple, just wipe it dry with a wet cloth), it can be peeled off repeatedly to facilitate the replacement of the test equipment, and then wrapped around the insulation seal again;
8. It has good heat dissipation and thermal conductivity, and the heat dissipation coefficient is greater than that of air medium. The charged bare conductor protected by its insulation will not heat up, but also increase the heat dissipation surface area, so it can directly measure the temperature of the insulation protection equipment;
9, long life, warranty for 10 years, does not fall off, the insulation strength is not reduced;
10. Strong flexibility. After stretching ≤ 5 times the length, it can rebound to the original length before stretching when loosened. It can be used to protect any irregular shaped electrical equipment screw contacts, thus solving the disadvantage that the shape of the prefabricated insulating cover is not fixed on site. Really serve the purpose of insulation.
11, compared with other materials of insulation protection box has: low material cost, saving more than 1/2;
12. Waterproof grade reaches IPX6. The screw contacts of high and low voltage electrical equipment are insulated from vacuum, and the corrosion, heating and current carrying capacity reduction caused by acid and alkali corrosion in the air can also be avoided.
Note: Waterproof grade IPX6: strong water spray prevention, nozzle diameter 12.5mm, distance from nozzle to shell surface: 2.5mm ~ 3m, water flow rate: 100L/min 5%, time 1min/㎡ at least 3min, no water inflow and no harmful effect.
